This is a Full-Time, Permanent position with a salary range of ₹3-5 Lacs P.A., hiring for both Technical Support Associate and Senior Technical Support Associate levels. The role is centered on providing L1/L2 technical support to international customers.

Key Responsibilities

You'll be joining the Service Desk team to handle customer queries and provide timely technical solutions primarily via voice calls, with some email and chat support. Key responsibilities include:

  • Troubleshooting: Resolving issues related to Windows OS (7/8/10), Microsoft Office & O365 (Outlook, Teams), VPN/Citrix/Exchange, and basic Hardware & Network Troubleshooting.

  • Service Desk Operations: Utilizing ITSM Tools (like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, HPSM), performing Active Directory tasks (User Management, Password Reset), and maintaining incident documentation.

  • Documentation: Maintaining proper documentation of incidents and ensuring customer satisfaction with prompt service.

  • Technical Knowledge: A basic understanding of Antivirus, Patch Management, SCCM, and ITIL Processes is beneficial.

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience: 0 to 5 years of experience in International Voice Technical Support only. Freshers are eligible, but pursuing candidates are not (Graduation is not required, as per the education section).

  • Communication: Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory.

  • Work Environment: This is a Work from Office role in Bahadurpally, Hyderabad.

  • Shift: Must be willing to work in 24/7 rotational shifts, including night shifts.

  • Joining: Immediate joiners are required.
